Inventory Analyst

Our client, food service company specializing in fresh, ready-to-go products, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. As am Inventory Analyst, you will be part of the Distribution office supporting the Procurement and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, attention to detail, a process Improvement mindset and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA

Pay Range: $70k - $80k/yr

What’s the Job?

• Analyze inventory trends, levels, and variances to support business needs
• Monitor stock levels to minimize shortages and reduce excess inventory
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and distribution teams
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

What’s Needed?

• 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or distribution operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g.,  NetSuite, SAP, BC
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field 5+ years of experience in inventory, demand planning, or supply chain analytics
•  Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
