Our client, industrial and logistics operations is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse & Inventory Control supporting Operations and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Review work orders to determine moving requirements and understand what materials are needed.
  • Retrieve inventory by locating and verifying materials in designated storage areas.
  • Handle materials by manufacturing, stacking, and securing items on pallets to keep inventory organized and ready for use.
  • Move materials to staging or other storage areas and support efficient order flow.
  • Maintain accurate records by completing logs and supporting scheduled inventory cycle counts and audits.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position with hands-on receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, data entry, and reporting/scheduling information.
  • Ability to accurately track and record inventory transactions using handheld devices and reconcile physical counts with system records.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to safely lift and move stock (up to 50 lbs) while standing and walking for the duration of the shift.
