Our client, TPM Manufacturing is seeking a Materials Planner to join their team. As a Materials Planner, you will be part of the TPM Manufacturing department supporting production coordination and materials flow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the drive to keep work moving toward on-time completion.

Job Title: Materials Planner

Location: Port Orange, FL

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00 HR (DOE)

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

What's the Job?

  • Create, consume, and finish internal production work orders for all departments.
  • Run internal production work order backorder reports and follow up with purchasing on missing items; send summaries of missing items to your supervisor.
  • Create and process pick tickets for production and service, ensuring the right materials are ready when needed.
  • Communicate missing product information to your supervisor when it could impact customer shipment timing.
  • Produce and analyze shortage reports for the management team, supporting inventory flow and production problem-solving.

What's Needed?

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, detailed correspondence, and memos; strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Math and analytical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure, interpret financial measures, and understand graphs/visual data.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Navision experience is a plus.
