Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization in the office management industry, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of the Office Support Department supporting daily office operations and enhancing the in-office experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: New York, NY
Pay Range: $25
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
What's the Job?
- Support the office manager and assist with daily office operations
- Greet visitors, candidates, and staff, providing exceptional customer service at the reception desk
- Coordinate mail services, including delivery, pick-up, and processing incoming mail
- Manage office supplies and pantry inventories to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with event planning, catering, vendor coordination, and logistical support for in-office activities
What's Needed?
- Entry-level experience with basic familiarity with office software suites
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and bring lunches on a cart
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Availability to work in-office Monday through Thursday, with occasional after-hours support for events
