Our client is seeking a Scheduler & Customs Clerk for an immediate full-time opportunity in St. Agatha, Maine. Typical daily duties:

• Coordinate and schedule delivery and pickup appointments
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal team members regarding schedules and updates
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and adjust schedules as needed to support operational efficiency
• Confirm appointments and provide timely updates to all parties involved
• Assist with administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and customer service activities

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication, scheduling, data entry, and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
• Previous scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
