Seasonal Order Selector

Our client, a logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Seasonal Order Selector to join their team. As a Seasonal Order Selector, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment—skills that will help you succeed from day one.

Job Title: Seasonal Order Selector

Location: Cobleskill, NY

Pay Range: $18/hour (1st shift) $19.25/hour (2nd shift)

Shift: 1st shift (7am-4:30pm) and 2nd shift (4:30pm-1am) available

What's the Job?

• Select and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently during seasonal demand.
• Use an RF Scan Gun to locate items, confirm quantities, and maintain order accuracy.
• Pack orders carefully to ensure items are protected and ready for shipment.
• Complete seasonal work order selecting through at least December 18th.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines while working in a production environment.

What's Needed?

• Comfort working on a warehouse floor and completing tasks at a steady pace.
• Ability to use an RF Scan Gun and follow picking/packing instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to help ensure correct items and quantities.
• Reliability and readiness to work assigned shifts (1st or 2nd).
• Willingness to support seasonal needs through at least December 18th.
