Our client is seeking a storeroom/inventory coordinator to join their team. As a storeroom/inventory coordinator role, you will be part of the Operations/Inventory team supporting day-to-day storeroom and fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to collaborate with others to keep inventory accurate and operations running smoothly.
Job Title: Storeroom/inventory coordinator role
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $18.00
Shift: 6am-2:30pm (occasional coverage of second shift 2:30pm-11pm with advance notice)
What's the Job?
- Receive, pick, and pack orders accurately based on the information provided.
- Manage storage of parts by completing bin-to-bin movements and placing parts in a timely manner while adhering to FIFO standards.
- Verify all work orders and enter required information into the computer system (SAP used for inventory).
- Support day-to-day operations by working closely with a small team to resolve discrepancies and assist with part issues or locating parts.
- Perform daily inventory counts to help maintain accurate stock levels.
What's Needed?
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience or comfort using a mule/electric pallet jack.
- Strong recordkeeping habits with the ability to verify work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with inventory processes and standards such as FIFO.
- Comfort working with SAP or similar inventory systems and following established procedures.
