Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, flooring subcontractors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of the recruiting function supporting hiring managers and teams by sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong cold-calling and phone sourcing skills, the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting with attention to detail, and the drive to build reliable candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Fully remote (virtual)

Pay Rate: $25-$35

What's the Job?

• Act as a trusted recruiting consultant to flooring subcontractors by understanding workforce needs and delivering quality talent
• Source candidates through cold calling, online platforms, and proactive networking to support high-volume hiring
• Screen and interview candidates for construction and home-improvement roles to ensure strong job fit
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities while maintaining strong, organized candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with current and upcoming hiring requirements

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
• Proven success recruiting in home improvement, retail, or construction environments
• Strong cold-calling and phone sourcing skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
