Tele Operations Specialist

Our client, a fast-growing technology and mobility organization is seeking an Tele Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Tele Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team supporting live, mission-critical remote operations for an advanced transportation platform. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations, and clear communication skills that help you coordinate effectively during time-sensitive events.

Job Title: Tele Operations Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $27.00/hr + shift differentials for weekends and applicable shift hours
Shift: 8-hour shifts based on the following anchor schedules:

• AM Shift    4:00am - 12:30pm
• Swing Shift    12:00pm - 8:30pm
• Overnight Shift    8:00pm - 4:30am
   

Employees will be assigned to an anchor shift and must be available to start or end their shift up to two (2) hours earlier or later than the listed schedule based on business needs. All scheduled shifts will remain 8 hours in duration. Specific schedules, days off, and shift assignments will be determined upon completion of training.

What's the Job?

• Monitor and support real-time operations through secure remote systems to help keep the transportation platform running smoothly.
• Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios, following established procedures to maintain reliability.
• Follow safety and operational procedures in time-sensitive situations, ensuring each action is accurate and compliant.
• Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams so issues are understood, escalated, and resolved efficiently.
• Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes, and participate in shift handovers and daily operational briefings.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness to track live system behavior and spot issues early.
• The ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-reliability environments.
• Comfort working with multiple software tools and live monitoring systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination, escalation, and accurate documentation.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
