Teller - Float

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Teller - Float to join their team. As a Teller - Float, you will be part of the Retail Banking department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and valid NYS Driver's License, demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Teller - Float

Location: SPENCER, NY

Pay: $17.50/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers with their banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Support branch operations and ensure compliance with banking policies
• Be willing to travel between branches in Broome and/or Tioga Counties
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily transaction reports
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and improve service delivery

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
