Our client, a fast-paced distribution and logistics operation, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center team supporting daily order fulfillment and accurate inventory handling. The ideal candidate will have a safety-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the drive to meet daily productivity goals—while staying focused on accuracy and quality.

Pay Range: $19.40/hr Starting | $19.90/hr After 90 Days
Shift: Day shift
What's the Job?
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and/or order documentation
- Use RF scanners to locate items, confirm quantities, and support efficient fulfillment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following established processes and quality checks
- Work in a distribution center environment with a focus on meeting daily pick metrics
- Stay productive while working safely, including walking and standing for extended periods
What's Needed?
- Order picking, warehouse picker, or fulfillment associate experience
- RF scanner experience
- Warehouse experience with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and quality control
- Ability to meet daily productivity goals in a fast-paced distribution center
- Strong attendance and a safety mindset; comfortable walking and standing for most of the shift
