Pay: $22.00/hour

Location: Mount Prospect, IL

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a very physical, hands-on role focused on warehouse operations, packaging assembly, cleaning and refurbishment of reusable packaging, inventory tracking, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, and refurbish reusable packaging materials.
• Assemble and disassemble packaging according to operational requirements.
• Download and review temperature monitoring data.
• Replenish dry ice shipments as needed.
• Process packaging through internal tracking systems.
• Assist with airline shipment bookings when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Empty trash and recycling containers regularly.
• Update inventory and packaging status within company systems.
• Upload and maintain accurate digital records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive movements.
• Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and document management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or general production experience.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with packaging operations and material handling.
