Warehouse Workers Hiring

Our client, a leading distribution and warehouse operation, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team in The Colony, TX. Multiple warehouse opportunities are available based on experience and business needs. Candidates with inventory, order picking, EPJ, forklift, or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply. 

Location: The Colony, TX 
Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse. Employees should expect temperatures that closely reflect outdoor weather conditions throughout the year. 

Position 1 
Warehouse Worker Overnight 

Pay: $20.00/hour 
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday  | 6:00 PM–3:00 AM  
Daily overtime available (up to 4 additional hours)  
Friday overtime may be required based on business needs  

What's the Job? 

• Pick customer orders using voice-picking technology and an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)  
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse  
• Build boxes and prepare shipments  
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area  

What's Needed? 

• Previous Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required  
• Order picking experience required  
• Forklift experience preferred  
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently (most products are 1–5 lbs)  
• Ability to work overtime as needed  
• Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1 

Position 2 
Inventory Clerk 
Pay: $19.00/hour 
Schedule: Monday–Friday  | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  
Up to 1–2 hours overtime as needed  

What's the Job? 

• Perform cycle counts and inventory counts  
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies  
• Enter inventory transactions using SAP and warehouse inventory systems  
• Return misplaced inventory to the correct warehouse location  
• Operate a Crown Order Picker and Raymond Stand-Up forklift as needed  
• Assist with physical inventories and other warehouse duties  

What's Needed? 

• Previous Crown Order Picker experience required  
• Raymond Stand-Up forklift experience preferred  
• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy  
• Basic computer and scanner experience; SAP experience is a plus  
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs  
• Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1
