Schedule: 11:30am – 8:00pm (2nd shift)

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Verify patient identity, confirm demographic information, and ensure proper labeling of specimens
- Prepare, process, and package specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Provide clear explanations of procedures, creating a calm and confident patient experience
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Travel between Patient Service Centers or in-office locations as required
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills in a high-volume setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Keyboard/data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
