Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This role plays a critical part in ensuring billing accuracy and maintaining strong client relationships. By researching discrepancies, recommending resolutions, and coordinating follow-up activities, you will help support efficient operations and enhance the overall client experience.

What You'll Do

• Research billing discrepancies as requested by clients or sales representatives
• Make recommendations for resolution when billing adjustments are necessary
• Correspond with clients and sales representatives regarding billing concerns and resolutions
• Utilize systems including Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, and ESP while understanding system integrations
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely issue resolution
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of account setup experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, and ESP preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
