Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, colleagues, and the medical department
- Support nursing staff with daily administrative and operational activities
- Manage scheduling tools, confirm appointments, and troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain and update electronic medical records, including scanning and reporting
- Handle confidential medical files with accuracy and compliance
- Assist with wellness programs, events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and support budget-related activities
- Order and manage office and medical supplies
- Draft correspondence under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Collaborate across teams to promote a positive, team-oriented environment
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with systems such as Ariba and Concur (preferred)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
