Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with Potential Pathway for Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm

What You’ll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric draws, following established procedures
• Prepare and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing
• Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to confirm proper specimen labeling
• Maintain required records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information
• Create and maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support daily operations under the direction of the area supervisor and meet productivity and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong customer service skills; experience in a retail or service environment preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable
• Flexibility to travel, work multiple locations, and support weekends, holidays, on-call, or overtime as needed
• Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
