Location: Faribault, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm (may include weekend rotation 8:45am–5:30pm and holidays 7:45am–4:30pm)

As a Phlebotomist, you are essential to both the patient experience and the accuracy of diagnostic testing. Your attention to detail and ability to build trust with patients ensures quality care and reliable results every day.

What You'll Do
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
