Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm

You play a critical role in the patient experience and diagnostic process by ensuring specimens are collected safely, accurately, and efficiently—directly impacting the quality of patient care and clinical outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and professionalism
- Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling in the patient’s presence
- Process and prepare specimens for testing following established procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service while fostering a welcoming and professional patient environment
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
- Float between patient service centers and/or physician offices based on business needs
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Willingness to adhere to dress code (solid color scrubs with matching top and pants)
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
