Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30am–5:00pm; Tue 1:00pm–8:00pm; Thu 9:00am–8:00pm; Rotating Sat 8:00am–12:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
- Prepare, process, and package clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
- Maintain documentation and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide clear explanations to patients to create a comfortable and professional experience
- Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office locations as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying shifts
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Basic keyboard/data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
