Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: Days, 8:30am–5:00pm

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for patients, helping create a positive and professional healthcare experience while supporting essential clinical operations.

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling with patient confirmation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all collections
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and explain procedures effectively
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times
  • Adapt to different work locations, including patient service centers and physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong customer service skills in a healthcare, retail, or service environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
  • Flexible availability, including potential weekends, holidays, or overtime
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
