Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Saturday rotation

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and pediatric/geriatric techniques
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing following established protocols
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for patients
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Proficiency with data entry and basic computer skills
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
