Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Saturday rotation

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and pediatric/geriatric techniques
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Prepare specimens for transport and testing following established protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for patients
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with accuracy and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Proficiency with data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
