What You'll Do

  • Collect high-quality blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
  • Perform specimen collection and processing for both clinical and forensic testing
  • Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
  • Maintain required records and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Deliver excellent patient care while explaining procedures and creating a comfortable environment
  • Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business requirements
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills
  • Excellent customer service and patient communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel between locations, when applicable
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Flexibility to support varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and multiple work locations as needed
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
