Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with accuracy and professionalism
- Collect, process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients
- Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as required
- Travel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed
- Work independently while effectively managing priorities in a high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred
- Keyboarding and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
- Flexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
