Location: Hays, KS

Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimen collections following established procedures
• Verify patient identity, accurately label specimens, and maintain required documentation
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Explain collection procedures and provide exceptional patient service to create a comfortable experience
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
• Support Patient Service Center and physician office operations as business needs require
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
