Pay Rate: $28/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; flexible scheduling based on business needs

This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate diagnostic testing by delivering high-quality specimen collection and exceptional patient care. As a floater, you’ll support multiple locations, helping maintain continuity of care and a positive patient experience across the region.
What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient information, ensure proper labeling, and obtain patient signatures post-collection
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Travel to multiple patient service centers, in-office locations, or client sites as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and supportive environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols
What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Experience working in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel, work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
