Location: Bloomington, MN
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with flexibility to work between 7:30am–5:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform blood collections including venipuncture and capillary draws on patients of all ages
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identity and demographic information and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
- Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
- Travel to multiple sites and support various Patient Service Centers or physician offices as needed
- Follow all established procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)
- Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
