Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Varied 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain required documentation and signatures
  • Perform specimen collection and processing following established protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring patient comfort and confidentiality
  • Travel between multiple patient service centers and/or physician office locations as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and service expectations

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong blood draw skills and specimen handling experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs
  • Keyboard and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
