Assembly Lead

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Assembly Lead to join their team. As a Assembly Lead, you will be part of the Manufacturing & Assembly Department supporting the Assembly, R&D, and ISC Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and leadership/organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Lead
Location: Sandy, UT
Pay Range: $40/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical device products.
• Execute catheter coating, guidewire lubrication, chemical mixing, and sample preparation activities.
• Coordinate daily build activities and ensure materials, equipment, and tooling are ready.
• Conduct quality inspections and follow SOPs and quality requirements.
• Support Assembly personnel while communicating priorities with R&D and Engineering teams.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience and familiarity with quality procedures/SOPs.
• Ability to use microscopes and basic measurement tools.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
