CMM Programmer

Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing and advanced measurement processes, is seeking a CMM Programmer to join their team. As a CMM Programmer, you will be part of the Quality & Metrology Department supporting Manufacturing Engineering and shop‑floor operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive, improvement‑driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$54.25/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Generate, maintain, and verify CMM programs utilizing PC‑DMIS v. 2025.1

• Manipulate models using Siemens NX 2206/2412 to support CMM programming needs

• Prove out CMM programs, validate results, and configure machine hardware/software

• Provide daily operator support, troubleshooting, and training as needed

• Lead process improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

What’s Needed?

• 3+ years of offline PC‑DMIS programming experience (Required)

• Ability to work 2nd shift (a plus)

• Experience generating, validating, and maintaining CMM programs

• Proficiency manipulating models using Siemens NX for CMM programming

• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑based, and matrixed environments
