Our client is seeking a Sr. Construction & Integration Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Construction & Integration Manager 3, you will be part of the Construction Management / Data Center Delivery organization supporting the ITIM, Data Center Engineering, Security, Operations, EHS, and End-to-End Delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Construction & Integration Manager 3 (ITIM Deputy & Designated Representative)
 Location: Abilene, TX (100% Onsite)
 Pay Range: $75.29 - $81.10/hr

What's the Job?
Support the Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) through the full lifecycle of a leased data center project from lease execution through handover to Data Center Operations.
Serve as the ITIM Deputy and Designated Representative in meetings, stakeholder engagements, and project coordination activities.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, construction progress, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with Microsoft teams, lease providers, vendors, contractors, and project partners to ensure successful project execution.
Provide project reporting, issue escalation, change management, and stakeholder communication while promoting a safe work environment.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of construction project management experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale construction programs.
Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, scope, change control, RFIs, and project reporting.
Experience with contract administration, lease compliance, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
