Construction Manager

Our client, a technology company, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting project stakeholders, contractors, designers, and commissioning teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ 
Pay Range: $72.22 - $77.79/hr

• Coordinate construction projects, develop detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Monitor construction progress, verify safety and quality, and identify field issues and schedule risks.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and commissioning teams to ensure project execution.
• Review contracts, cost estimates, change requests, and assess impacts to cost and schedule.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities while tracking action items, risks, and project status.

• 5+ years of construction experience supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical construction projects.
• Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire protection.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; PMP/PMI certification preferred.
