Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Program Manager 2 to join their team. You will support the delivery of complex data center construction projects, working closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with hands-on experience supporting large-scale construction or mission-critical projects.

Pay Range: $66.91 - $72.07/hour

🔍What’s the Job?

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data center construction projects, coordinating activities across contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators; identify potential delays, risks, and constraints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, invoices, project trackers, and other construction records.
  • Coordinate project meetings, site visits, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications while tracking action items, commitments, and follow-ups through completion.
  • Support project controls, cost tracking, change management, quality, safety, commissioning, and closeout activities to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

What’s Needed?

  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction project coordination and administration, working with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 2-4+ years of experience with construction scheduling and project controls, including tracking milestones, analyzing progress, identifying schedule risks, and using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • 3-5+ years of experience with construction documentation and change management, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, invoices, purchase orders, and document control.
  • Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or other large-scale capital construction projects, with familiarity across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
