Our client, a leader in commercial real estate and infrastructure management, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting project execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical expertise in MEP systems, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Payrate: $38.00-$42.00 Hourly
What's the Job?
- Manage multiple construction projects from inception through completion, focusing on MEP infrastructure, HVAC, and roof replacements.
- Develop project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in construction management, with a focus on facility-related projects.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in project administration or accounting within construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project estimating, budgeting, and high-level cost management.
