Our client, a leading technology and data center construction organization, is seeking a Data Center Energy Marshal 3 to join their team. As a Data Center Energy Marshal 3, you will be part of the Construction Management team supporting site leadership, field operations, and construction contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Energy Marshal 3
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $69.89 - $75.29/hr

What’s the Job? (max 5 bullets)

• Manage the Energy Marshal program on an active data center construction site.
• Monitor and enforce electrical safety procedures and energy isolation practices.
• Work directly in the field alongside contractors and labor teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Conduct safety observations, audits, and reporting related to energized systems and activities.
• Support incident prevention initiatives and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.

What’s Needed? (max 5 bullets)

• Extensive electrical experience in construction, industrial, utility, or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and hazard recognition.
• Experience working onsite with contractors, field personnel, and construction teams.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in an active construction environment.
