Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Electrician to join their team. As a Electrician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Goleta, CA
Pay Range:$24-27/hr
What's the Job?
- Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
- Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and installation of new equipment.
- Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and pipes.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to safety standards.
- Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements including lifting heavy loads.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze technical solutions effectively.
