Fire Alarm Inspector (Non-Licensed)

Our client, a global leader in building technologies, fire protection, and life safety solutions, is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to join their team. As a Fire Alarm Inspector, you will be part of the Service & Inspection team supporting customers throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fire Alarm Inspector
Location: Lake Oswego, OR 
Pay Range: $27 - $37

What's the Job?

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Complete service requests and inspection documentation accurately using a laptop and communication devices.
• Identify additional products and services that may benefit customers.
• Maintain inspection schedules and ensure all assigned inspections are completed on time.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on ladders and lifts; NICET certification is preferred but not required.
