Looking for a hands-on technical role with a respected manufacturing team? Our client in Gray is hiring Manufacturing Test Technicians to support electronics testing and troubleshooting operations. Multiple openings are available on 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends-only schedules. These positions offer pay up to $27/hour, depending on experience, and are temp-to-hire opportunities with long-term potential.

Positions Available for a Range of Skill Levels

We are recruiting for both electrical testing roles and advanced troubleshooting positions, with compensation based on experience and technical background.

Typical Daily Duties

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul electronic products
• Record and maintain accurate electrical test data and documentation
• Calibrate, maintain, and verify testing equipment

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and above-average English reading comprehension
• Comfortable using computers, technical equipment, and basic hand tools
• Interest in problem-solving and learning new technical skills
• Experience troubleshooting electronics at the component level OR coursework, training, or a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
