Mobile HVAC Engineer 3

Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management company, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple commercial customer locations throughout the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities and a well-rounded maintenance background, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $35-$37/hr

What’s the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration and replacement of parts to keep HVAC systems operating at optimal performance.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including light plumbing and electrical work, as needed.
• Travel between multiple customer locations throughout the Tampa area to respond to service and maintenance needs.
• Identify equipment issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety and facility standards.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent and EPA Universal certification.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably working with commercial HVAC and building systems.
• Well-rounded maintenance skills with experience in HVAC, light plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple customer locations.
