Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, an industrial asset management organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and proactive communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple industrial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues to ensure optimal operation
• Coordinate with property management and vendors for repairs and upgrades
• Assist with seasonal maintenance activities including system inspections and repairs
• Document maintenance activities and inspections using digital tools and software

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience supporting HVAC systems in commercial or industrial settings
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
• Proficiency with digital inspection tools, CMMS, and mobile technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
