Our client, a global leader in HVAC and building technologies, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team supporting building operations and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $34-$38/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Clean HVAC coils, replace filters and belts, and support HVAC repairs.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building equipment.
• Prioritize and complete work orders using a CMMS system while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Conduct facility inspections and perform general maintenance tasks including painting, locksmith work, and repairs.

What’s Needed?

• 5-7 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems along with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CMMS/Maximo systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work safely in an industrial facility environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EPA Universal License and BAS experience preferred.
