Typical Daily Duties:

• Develop work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation to support manufacturing and quality standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, and process optimization techniques
• Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Support equipment installation, setup, process validation, and production readiness activities
• Train supervisors and production personnel on new processes, procedures, and product changes
• Coordinate TPM and preventive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability
• Support collaborative robotics (cobot) projects, including concept development, programming, integration, and process improvement
• Help expand 3-D printing and additive manufacturing capabilities through rapid prototyping and production tooling applications

Requirements to be Considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related engineering field
• At least one year of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Highly motivated, results-oriented professional committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Experience with 3-D printing, additive manufacturing, robotics, automation, or related advanced manufacturing technologies is highly desirable
