Our client, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As Process Engineer,  you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Saint Bernard, OH
Pay Range: $65.57 - $67.38/hour

What’s the Job?

• Meet with production managers to assess and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Develop, test, and optimize mechanical components, equipment, and production line systems.
• Diagnose process inefficiencies and material loss events, implementing corrective actions.
• Design, test, and validate process upgrades, including IQ/OQ/PQ testing.
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of process validation, risk assessments, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively.
