Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in autonomous vehicle operations infrastructure, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Infrastructure Department supporting site deployment and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $55/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Drive the deployment and integration of IT and data infrastructure across operational sites.
• Manage complex technical challenges to ensure site stability and performance during live operations.
• Coordinate mapping, testing, and validation programs to support autonomous navigation capabilities.
• Design strategic site planning frameworks to guide operational success and stakeholder decision-making.
• Train and support site operations teams, troubleshooting connectivity issues and improving infrastructure processes.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in managing infrastructure deployment projects, preferably in high-tech or autonomous systems environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex technical settings.
• Ability to design and implement strategic operational frameworks and site blueprints.
• Experience partnering with service providers to ensure timely and high-quality infrastructure installation.
