Quality Manager III

Our client, a leader in the life sciences industry, is seeking a USA-Quality Manager III (Engineering) to join their team. As a USA-Quality Manager III (Engineering), you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage quality validation activities across manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support validation efforts for equipment, processes, facilities, and computerized systems, including documentation review and approval.
• Oversee and investigate CAPA activities, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Regulatory Affairs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GxP, FDA, GMP, and QSR regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6-9 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in quality validation, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within the life sciences industry.
• Proven experience leading CAPA investigations and activities with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
