Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor (RRT) to join their team. As a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Readiness & Response Operations team supporting vehicle readiness, fleet operations, and cross-functional service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor (RRT)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $40.00

What's the Job?
  • Supervise daily readiness and response operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Coordinate the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, support onboarding of new hires, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks, support documentation and reporting activities, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
  • 1+ years of leadership or people management experience in an operational, logistics, or technical environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, systems, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Clean driving record with the ability to manually operate vehicles as needed and travel locally up to 20%.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and pass required background, MVR, and drug screenings.
