Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Reliability Department supporting engineering and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with reliability and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset issues and reliability threats
  • Analyze data from various sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvements
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures to prevent recurrence
  • Support engineering, design, specification, and execution of projects to maximize reliability and operability
  • Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
  • Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings confidently
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
