Our client, Fleet Operations is seeking a Scheduling Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Scheduling Operations Coordinator, you will be part of Fleet Operations Program Management supporting TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support Analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong follow-through, the ability to manage competing demands under pressure, and a detail-oriented approach to scheduling and record-keeping which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $38/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day schedules for a growing set of fleet services, ensuring each department supports the highest priorities.
  • Plan and execute effective processes to support numerous resources across TeleOps, RiderOps, Mission Readiness, Mission Control, and Fleet Support.
  • Coordinate future planning and operations to align with fleet demands and immediate operational needs.
  • Articulate operational data into visuals for department-wide review, helping teams understand KPIs and program risks.
  • Maintain and drive productive meetings by capturing action items, following up, and keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines with strong follow-through.
  • Experience with forecasting and planning, including scheduling, dispatching, or production planning and scheduling (mobility or manufacturing preferred).
  • Skilled project management and comfort coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering and technical disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented organization with strong record-keeping skills and a consistent, reliable approach to documentation.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risks (a bonus).
