Senior Process Engineer

What's the Job?

• Lead process engineering activities to improve performance, quality, and operational efficiency across assigned systems.
• Develop, review, and optimize process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and engineering standards.
• Analyze production and process data to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and support sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting, process changes, and implementation planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new methods, tools, and process enhancements.

What's Needed?

• Experience in process engineering with a strong understanding of process design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Ability to interpret technical information, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to clearly coordinate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and take ownership of deliverables.
