I’m looking for a Site Manager 5 who can step in as a single point of contact for facilities management, partner closely with leadership, and drive regulatory compliance, safety, and performance across active plant operations teams. Pay Range: $40 to $43

What's the Job?

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and the Account Director to deliver quality facility management services.
• Supervise and direct plant operations teams, ensuring Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs run efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and relevant amendments/appendices that guide the client relationship.
• Own operational facilities spending performance by tracking financial results, adhering to established budgets, and supporting reporting.
• Track KPI/SLA performance trends and recommend action plans when Plant Operations/Engineering Services fall below expectations (MSA-driven).

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Computer proficiency with CMMS/work order systems.
• Ability to lead with strong communication and client-facing presence, including meeting with C-suite stakeholders.
